We are currently fixing the problem of the overlap. As for the display, it actually only requires one click. The reason why it takes a bit of time to load is due to the transition. Try to take out the transition that makes the box fade-in. It should work then.

As for the main image concern, the additional images always appear in the main image container whenever clicked. However, if you have the lightbox on, it will first put the image clicked on the main image container and then the lightbox will appear. If you just want it to appear on the main image and not have the lightbox appear, you can simply disable it in the Premium options tab.

No, I promise you to switch tabs on the iPhone is taking two clicks. I can click once and wait for over a minute and nothing happens. However, if I click twice it will switch immediately. Please check it out.

Also when will the overlapping issue be fixed? I need this to go live ASAP but my client is not happy about the layout.

The thumbnails when clicked should show in the big picture area. Then if someone clicks the main picture the images should open in the light box. That is how most image galleries work.

Apologies that the thumbnail fix never got added to a release, we’re very sorry about that and it’s been added to V3.5.42.

We’ve also added an option to the lightbox settings for you, “Main Image Only”, which only opens the lightbox when the main image gets clicked, and just puts the thumbnails into the main image when they’re clicked.

For the double click issue, do you have any scripts that are intercepting clicks? Also, does this happen on any other device? We’ve tested on 2 phones, and haven’t encountered the same error.
