Help! You don't have permission to access /wp-admin/ on this server

Hello,

I just have delete e plugin, and after deleting that i can’t log on , on my wp-admin. Every time a try to log in i get an error:

403 Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/ on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please help, im stuck here!
