Paragraph spacing?

We have a few different users on this new site. Right now one user with Author permissions who is adding posts to the site. (she currently is the only one adding content to the site)

When she creates a post, she sometimes is not able to but a paragraph space after headlines (or sometimes other places).

When I login to her posts that have these problems I have had a few different results.

Scenario 1
(This is on the user’s computer)
1) When I add the paragraph space with the visual editor, nothing happens. When I hit update, the new space disappears.

2) Step 2 in the scenario is that I add the paragraph space code to the text editor <p> headline that needs space<p/>. That solves the problem.

Scenario 2
1) In an attempt to figure out what is happening, I login to my own admin account and create a post(at my computer). Spacing is fine. Nothing is wrong.

Scenario 3
1) I login to the user in questions account on my computer using her credentials.
2) I create a post. Spacing is fine. Nothing is wrong.

It only seems to happen when she is doing it on her computer. Does that even make sense??

When I create posts it’s fine on both of our profiles, so it’s hard to know what could be the problem.

Despite this, I’ve tried deactivating and re-activating plug ins. I tried temporarily switching the theme and then back to this one. I ran an anti-malware plugin with no results.

It may also be worth nothing that the user tends to get viruses on their computer a lot.

Could this be a wordpress problem with her browser/computer?

I am going to try to login to my account on her computer next and we shall see what happens.(though I don’t know how much that will help)

Any ideas would be appreciated.
