• Hi! I’ve recently encountered a problem wherein everytime I try to bulk-delete products, I often get “Error in moving to Trash”. It happens when I try to delete 6 or more items at a time. The thing is, they are actually deleted if I leave the error page for a minute or two, use the back button (in this case, the items to be deleted are still there), and refresh the product page. They will be deleted after that. Is there any solution to this?

    Also I’ve noticed that the product editing is very slow lately. The “Quick edit” tool in particular loads for about a minute, which isn’t quick at all compared to the previous which only takes 20 sec max. Does the number of my products in my website affect this?

    Hi there,

    This behaviour is usually connected to low server resources. Try adding a simple product with just a price and duplicate this, then trash it. Does this behave normally?

    If yes, then I assume it is a hardware resource problem.

    Try bumping up your memory and if that fails, you need to upgrade your hosting package.
