    Have you told them about the issue you are having ? This is a server specific issue and we can not control that.

    Hey,

    The error is throwing because the open_basedir or safe_mode is enabled in the php.ini.

    In order to fix this you need to edit the lines that specify open_basedir or safe_mode and turn them off
    Remember to restart your httpd afterwards.
