    I am interested to buy your pro version however I would like to try with your Lite Version first.

    my question is does it works with WooCommerce Version 2.0.20 ?
    my wordpress version is 4.3.1

    I know i can updated the woocommerce plg but I have some issues and its going to take some time to update. meantime i really to work with your plg

    can you please let me know if your plgin going to work WooCommerce Version 2.0.20 ?

    Yes our abandoned cart lite plguin work with the WoCommerce version 2.0.20. I have tested on our staging server with abandoned cart lite version 2.1 and WooCommerce version 2.0.20. You can test the lite version on your site.

    I have been working with the PLG last couple of days and i got no luck yet ??
    Some reason its still not working.
    Plgin installed successfully but he is not able to recover the Abandoned Cart info to his list and sending any email to the customer.

    also wondering if ur plg recovers cart from: Faild, Pending, On hold and cancelled orders?

    can you please let me know if i am missing something.

    I apologize for the delay in response.

    1) Email do not send from the plguin:

    Can you please create a ticket on “tickets at tychesoftwares dot uservoice dot com” with admin details of your site, so I can check the issue on your site?

    It would be great if you could provide me FTP details, so it can help debug the issue quickly.

    2) Failed, Pending, On hold order status.

    Yes, abandoned cart lite version of the plugin consider the Failed, Pending, On hold order status and send them the abandoned cart email notification.

    3) Recovered Orders:

    Once user place the order from the abandoned cart email then it should display the same in the recovered orders tab. If it do not display then please let me know in the ticket which you will create for the issues.

    Just spoke to the manager and looks like its going to be a bit difficult to provide the FTP or admin details. Sorry about that.
    any help with out the admin details?

    good news is today I saw few abandoned orders were loaded to your plg since last few days. however looks like they are just random.
    not all of them are loaded.

    For ex : “pending order” and “Canceled orders” are not loaded or sent any emails to the customers after i create the email templets.
    I tested with my own email id to see if this can be added to to your plg bt no luck.

    sorry Am i missing something here?
    I really need to sort this out before i ask my manager to buy this.

    Hi Ricky,

    I can understand your concern for not providing the admin or FTP details of your site.

    1) Email send issue:
    Can you please let me know you are able to receive the test email from the add / edit email template of our plugin?

    If yes, then you should be able to receive the abandoned cart emails.

    If it does not work then can you kindly follow below steps:

    1. Deactivate all the plugins except WooCommerce and the Woocommerce Abandoned Cart.
    2. Please check if the issue is fixed.
    3. If yes, then you can start activating the plugins one by one and see with which plugin is conflicting with our plugin.
    4. If not, then can you please set the default WordPress theme and see if it helps fix the issue.

    Please let me know the results. In case if the above does not help then I would need the admin and FTP details of your site so I can debug the issue on your site. You can create the ticket as I have described above in my earlier post.

    2) Pending order, Canceled orders:

    I would need the Admin and the FTP details for looking into the issue.
