Fatal error when trying to activate plugin

    I have no problem installing the plugin, but when I try to activate it, I get the following message:

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Base_MixpanelBase in /home4/ifvoice/public_html/wp-content/plugins/inbound-rocket/inc/lib/mixpanel/Base/MixpanelBase.php on line 8

    I’ve deleted and tried reinstalling through the WordPress repository, but no luck. Ditto this when downloading directly from the plugin homepage and uploading the ZIP file. I get the same error every time.

    Help appreciated, since this looks like a great plugin!

    Hiya Keiko,

    this is indeed a problem at the moment which becomes active when you’ve got other plugins which make use of MixPanel. We’re pretty close to releasing an update of our plugin which makes the install base much leaner and cleaner, meaning no more MixPanel code as well in the plugin.

    With this update the above problem can never appear anymore. So hang on tight, almost there!

    Thank you so much for the update! Much appreciated on the the timely response, too. For now I’m using JC Van Gent’s Selection Sharer, which seems to be incorporated into the larger Inbound Rocket plugin. Looking forward to the update!

    we’re very sorry that it took a bit longer than expected for the latest update to get out there. However, we thrilled to tell you, we just pushed the code towards WordPress!

    This means the error you had earlier regarding MixPanel is now completely resolved and should not pose a problem anymore. Let us know if you need any help when installing the updated plugin!
