Works with translatable plugins?

Client is using https://codecanyon.net/item/easy-translation-manager-for-wordpress/1187985 for translating. And it doesnt work together with this plugin. When doing query, i add “suppress_filters” to false and then its translating blog posts for my custom query, but having difficulty to make it work with this plugin. Its always loading english text instead of german when u switch languages.
