If you get that message, it means that your site is running under PHP 5.2 (it’s possible to run multiple versions of PHP on the same server, BlueHost does that).

Simply configure your site to run under a newer PHP version, or ask BlueHost to do that for you, and the message will disappear.

thank you for your help diego. i just upgrade my php version to 5.4+
    the skrill show up.

by the way, should i use function “Enable Skrill test portal” and “Enable debug mode”?

If you enable the test portal, then you will only be able to accept fake payments, for testing. On a live site, you must disable that.

The debug mode is only for troubleshooting. If anything goes wrong, enable the option, then inspect the log file to find out what the issue could be. In normal circumstances, you should leave it disabled.

got it. thank you so much diego.
in my skrill account, there is no secret word.
i am waiting for the help from skrill.
do you know why? i have a personal account.

I’m not sure why you don’t have a secret word. That information is needed by the payment API (it’s used for encryption and to validate transactions). You should be able to find it in your account details. If you can’t find it, Skrill Support Team should be able to explain you why, and how to fix that issue.
