Latest update problem

  • Dear support team,

    Just wanted to let you know that your latest update has “killed” my website, making not to load properly. Desactivating transposh solves the issue but of course, I don’t get any translations and I see the website in both languages at the same time together with the shortcodes [xx].

    I had to restore the whole site from a backup since I was unable to undo the installation of the update.

    Did anyone else have this issue?

    I use these shortcodes for the languages and have always worked without any problem, until now:

    [tp not_in=”es”;tp lang=”en” only=”y”]
    ***text in english***
    [/tp]

    [tp lang=”es” only=”y”]
    ***text in spanish***
    [/tp]

    Hi,

    We don’t know why this update would “kill” your site, and you have not provided enough information here for us to understand. please try to provide better information in the future, error logs, screenshots are a great idea.
