Free shipping not working correctly

    I have setup your add-on, Advance Free Shipping, seems like an awesome add-on if I can get it to work the way we are needing.

    Our website was just recently redone and updated, we only have a fwe products but I have assigned Categories to the product. I want to only have free shipping applied if 1 product meets the requirements regardless of anything else in the cart. Here is an example:

    Product 1 needs to meet dollar amount of $400 then apply free shipping.
    so if product 1 is in the cart with dollar amount of $375 it will not get free shipping, even adding product 2 (different category even) and it brings the total over $400 shipping is still not free, shipping can only be free when Product 1 reaches $400.

    so if cart contains Product 1, Product 2, and Product 3 and total exceeds $400 shipping will only be free if Product 1 is over $400.

    Thanks in advance, I am trying to set this up for the month of November and have only recently been told to do this so I am kinda panicking.

    The ‘subtotal’ condition is based on the cart subtotal as you may already found out.

    The only solution for this (with this plugin) is to create a custom condition, that checks the value (subtotal) of a individual product.

    (PS. My opinion: if they didn’t tell you earlier, and it isn’t a default/simple WC feature, its their fault if its not done on time. They should’ve came with it earlier or given you more time, so don’t panic ;-))

    Thanks for the reply, what would be the best method to do this then? I have already informed them that the code would be active right away due to the complexity they are requesting.

    I need to do the same thing that genolark is doing with our website. How can this be done with Custom? Please explain further. This is crucial for our selected product category only to be free shipping and others are not free shipping. Thanks in advance!

    I’ve got instructions on adding a custom condition for another plugin, but they’re very similar (I think you’d only have to replace ‘was’ by ‘wafs’: https://docs.shopplugins.com/article/41-developer-adding-a-custom-condition

    Hello!

    There is a problem, if there is 2 product in cart, one with free shipping class and one with no shipping class then also its show free shipping.

    I don’t want free shipping on product combined with no shipping class product.

    Is it possible?

    Hi,

    You can setup extra conditions to make sure there are no other shipping classes in the cart. That way when there are only ‘free shipping’ shipping class products in the cart the free shipping will actually show up..

    You can do so by using the ‘not euqal to’ operator.
