Whitelisted IP still 403 forbidden

How do i disable this plugin? i have a static ip with my ip is whitelisted, but i still keep getting 403 forbidden, everything worked out fine until now, how can i disable it? is it enough if i delete the plugin from ftp?
And yeah, i can’t access my admin panel, once i try to login i get the 403.
