How to change content background and widget background

    I do have this in my style.css

    #content-box #post-body {
    overflow: hidden;
    background: #000000;
    padding: 3%;
    position: relative;
    width: 100%;
    z-index: 0;
    }

    I want black as backgroundcolor instead of white as wel for content background as widget background.
