I installed the free version of the plugin. Did all settings correct.

Surprisingly the floating bar (on left of the page) shows up only for the Admin and Authors. But doesn’t appears as guest. Also i cannot see if there is any settings to make it visible for particular group, right?

Tried several browsers as guest and as logged in member. It appears only for the logged it.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi maqboolh,
the plugin does not have this type of setting. If the plugin is activated, it should be visible to all users ??

Can you link me your website? That way I can take a look deeper.

    Best Regards,

    Hi maqboolh,
try to go in your W3 Total Cache settins under “Performance-> Minify”.

Find the box called: “Never minify the following JS files” and add this:

    wp-content/plugins/cresta-social-share-counter/js/jquery.cresta-social-share-counter.js

or the path of the JS “jquery.cresta-social-share-counter.js” in your hosting.
This should stop the problem ??

    Best,
