do you mean a local install on your PC?

If so what email system do you have installed on your localhost?

Your from: field is missing the email address

[your-name] <[your-email]>

If your localhost is your own computer (and not a Mac and not Linux), then you’ll need an SMTP plugin to send the mail. https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/postman-smtp/
