    Hi,

Not sure what I am doing wrong but cant seem to get my head around this?

The image size needed for a woocommerce products featured image is 1024 x 1024 ok so the plugin states that I need to upload an image with dimensions 2048 x 2048 I get this part as it needs to create @2x sizes for all selected image sizes.

When not viewing in retina – when I load the product page and click on the product image it is serving the 2048 x 2048 in the lightbox?

Why is is not serving the 1024 image that was created from the 2048? In my installation the 2048 is far too big and I am serving a larger image than I would ever need to on every product page?

    Many Thanks

    Really?

To be honest, that’s not very nice of you.

I help Pro users since they pay for support. And this forum doesn’t mean I should be the only one to help actually.

I do support here randomly, sometimes when I have time, and I reply especially when I feel like the questions are important and haven’t been answered in the past. Your question is maybe important for you but can actually be answered by anyone, it’s not actually linked to the plugin I believe.

I don’t know how your lightbox is working but usually they open the full-size image. Whatever your full-size image is, it opens it. Retina plugin or not. Lightbox uses the link of the image usually and open it, maybe you could try to change this link to a smaller image size than full-size.
