Upload a file – Looping

    Hi there,

    Every time I select a file to upload, it uploads and then I’m prompted for a file to upload again. This happens until you press cancel. No files appear in the folder structure anywhere.

    I’ve tested the file using your amazing debug service, it worked perfectly.
    I checked folder permissions and they looked fine to me (755 all round really).
    So I’m thinking maybe something is missing from my server. I can’t find any of the XML related things your plugin requires on my EasyApache3 Exhaustive List.

    Any idea whether I’m missing something very simple or not?

    Hi Pete,

    If you’re concerned that your server is missing one of the required XML tools, please ask your web host to check that all of the following tools are installed:

    1. PHP 5.4 or greater
    2. MySQL 5.5 or greater
    3. cURL
    4. libxml
    5. SimpleXML
    6. xmlreader
    7. xmlwriter
