I was working on my site as normal (no new installations or anything recently) and I went to go into the plugin editor and was surprised to see that it said we had no plugins. I went to the plug in page and got about 13 or so errors, one for each plugin, saying something like the plugin’s headers weren’t set. After that all of the plugins are gone without a trace. This is kind of an issue as you would probably expect. Anyone have any fix for this or am I going to have to use a backup?

  • Hello jordanmtchs,

Have you attempted to check and see if the plugins are actually still in the correct folder? If you have access to a file explorer/shell I would check the WordPress install and see if there is anything under /wp-content/plugins folder of your install.

Hope this is a good start!
