No verified icon shows up…

When I was using this plugin at Believe Beloved and Unlimited Fan Fiction, no verified icon would show up after I chose one from the icons, and always the ‘Verified User” text would show in the user profile header, even if I hadn’t verified the user.
Please fix this – it’s an awesome plugin otherwise!
