Hi there,
I have used your plugin in the past in all my sites and it works great.
Now I started to use Easy Digital Downloads and I see that the download links sent to my clients are incomplete.

Instead of sending the complete ones like:
sitename/index.php?eddfile=144%3A86%3A0%3A0&ttl=1446806943&file=0&token=7be83e7f2c78b961e6c3c491cd0b0***
It sends just sitename/?eddfile=144%3A86%3A0%3A0

The links also are sent thought a send grid redirect like:

The problem disappears if I deactivate Send Grid so I know that is the cause.

Any idea why this is happening and how to solve it.

P.S. links are modified with (***) instead of last characters

SendGrid, I have replicated the bug and confirmed that this plugin breaks the download links in Easy Digital Downloads. I’m working to find a resolution and you can see my progress here: https://github.com/easydigitaldownloads/Easy-Digital-Downloads/issues/3998

If you can assist in anyway, it’d be appreciated.

I’ve found a temporary work around.

Inside of your SendGrid account, deactivate click tracking on plain-text emails: https://cloudup.com/cRB37CtQ4k7

That should make the URLs work.

We’ll continue looking to see if we can find a permanent solution.

I’m still having this issue now, and had to deactivate click tracking in Sendgrid to resolve the issue. Any thoughts?
