"above the fold" Problem

    I have a problem fixing the “above the fold” Problem of the Google PageSpeed test.
    Usually I use the “Above The Fold Optimization” plugin to solve it, but with your theme it doesn’t works.

    Do you know a way to solve that “above the fold” problem?
