• I just upgraded to WordPress 2.3.2, and am curious if croissanga might be compatible soon, and if anyone has found a workaround. I also have xangaposter, which doesn’t seem to be supported or at least isn’t maintained anymore, as the site, blog.mytechaid.com, returns a 404 and a google search returns nothing. <p>

    I knew I wanted to upgrade to 2.3 for security reasons and I don’t want to have to upgrade for a while. Besides, I don’t use that many plugins, and only a couple people subscribe to my xanga anyway – they can just go to my main burvil.org site. <p>

    Nonetheless, I figured I’d just throw out the question, if people have run into this.

    Oh, and I did check that I had the curl library installed:<p>

    $ php -i | grep curl | wc -l
    3

    php -i showed this (certain parts deleted):

    CURL Information => libcurl/7.15.5

    php -i | grep curl | awk '{print}'

    Yes, your command confirms what I posted earlier. I stripped out the information that I would prefer not to post about my webserver and only showed the pertinent portion about curl being installed.

    In other words:

    1. The configure output showed ‘–with-curl’
    2. one line with the word ‘curl’ and
    3. A line beginning with ‘CURL Information => libcurl/7.15.5’.

    I brought that up only because the plugin requires it, and by these commands, it confirms I meet that requirement.

    However, Croissanga still doesn’t work for me. That’s what I need to fix.
