Shipping Zone and TableRate configuration settings empty after little change

After making a little change in one price field, all TRS-options are not visible anymore (Shipping Zone and TableRateShipping configuration settings not visible anymore).
WP AdminIt seems, that there still exists an entry Shipping Zone in the
=> database.But adding a new shipping “Deutschland” zone is not posible.
