Hi,

How you mean “not ranked”? If its indexed, its ranked depends one tons of factors.
Don’t expect that some online tool will give some kind of “rank number”, its not works like that more.

btw. your main domain investbasrah.com is redirected to investbasrah.com/ar/

I am not sure how these rank numbers works and what is the value of them now … anyway you have to check site with google search console.
For me its mish mash with languages, redirections and some pages point to www some without www.

If anything is wrong with your site, you will find in that console.

Hi, for example … if you redirect main page investbasrah.com with 301 to something, it tells google, that site is permanently redirected. Why google will rank that page?

That site is not redirected. Your site is. If you redirect site with 301, it simply means, that site does not exist and everything is moved from that url.

Did you check google search console for any errors, recommendation from google?
If there is some error or whatever you have to improve, it will shows you, its powerful tool.
