newbie questions galore

I have a few questions about the template that I have choosen. Now I am a newbie so bare with me if I don’t understand what you are saying.

I know some basics and I am hosting on my own server for the first time. I was testing this template that I really liked and I basically know how to change some basics of the template to fit my needs except one thing…

The pages.

There are drop down menues that I have yet to figure out how to change…if someone can explain to me in english that would be great. I assume they are “pages” and not “catagories”

I would like to add more of these pages with perhaps a differnt look or style. I know this might sound a bit difficult but wanted to know if it was possible.

If they are “Pages” where would I get a look at the Language for the pages? Index.php?

There are simple red,green and blue lines seperating the three columns. I don’t see these graphics in the “Image” folder…is there a way to alter or change this?
