    I’m not sure—we pass the subscriber into onto MailPoet to process. Have you checked with their support and/or checking with one of their default forms?

    Hello,
    With the default forms of Mailpoet send only one functions correctly.

    The problem is only with Genesis eNews Extended.

    I might pull out support—or at least the advertising text for MailPoet. They wrote the code for that section of eNews Extended and, my read of it, is that is just sends it over to their plugin for processing. It is possible they made some type of breaking change on their end.

    I’m having the same problem, and it’s been a week since MailPoet responded. I’m about to switch to another provider because I can’t figure out how to get it to stop sending multiple confirmation emails.
