Google share button doesn't work

  • The Google+ share button opens up a share dialog, but there is no URL or thumbnail picture or anything. It is just a blank Google+ post like you’d get if you were on G+ and tried to post something from scratch. I assume this is not correct, since the whole point of share buttons is to share the wordpress content you are viewing.

    It’s working fine for others. What URL are you sharing exactly?

    Anything at https://josephrellis.com/. It pops up a G+ post window, but there is nothing in it. I’ve tried it with Chrome browser and Firefox and get the same results. Okay, here’s something…it seems to work on pages where there is an image, but on other pages with YouTube videos or embedded payers, it is blank. Shouldn’t it at least have a URL for those pages? I didn’t try posting them, since they appeared blank. I’d think it would at least use the header image, since it is on every page.
