Page Title is not changing in other Language ?

Hi,
Currently i am using 2 Languages on my Website. English and Chinese.

All the Page are written in Chinese and English and Default Language is English. Now what is happening that when i convert my page from English to Chinese it shows Page name like below:

[:en]About Us[:zh]关于我们

this Whole is appearing in the Website page name.
But the Language conversion is working fine on all the Posts.

So how we can solve this issue.
