Help with Shipstation

    Plugin works great…however… My issue is that when these orders are imported into ShipStation for shipping they are imported into the ‘Shipped’ orders section thinking that they are completed and shipped already. I now have all my orders both ones that I have created labels for and shipped and new orders that are paid but haven’t been processed for shipping labels yet all mingled in the same area. This is proving tough to remember what ones I need to ship as I get more orders.

    Under normal circumstances and order that is ‘processing’ is placed in the ‘awaiting shipment’ section until labels are created and the order is shipped.

    Any ideas on how to work around this? Again, the plugin is 5 stars are works brilliantly.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    sorry for the late response.
    I understand you are selling physical products, in which case my plugin should not be necessary.

    I understand you would like to change the status from processing to awaiting shipment instead of Completed?
