Create YOURLs Link increments by 1

When I click the button to create a YOURLs link, it seems to just increment by 1. Shouldn’t it randomly generate something like ‘2dip3’ or something like that? Or do I need to manually create each link manually.
I just installed this on my existing blog and that’s why I’m wondering, thanks.
