News Posts Tickers not working

    I’m running a local and dev instance of a multisite environment with Ditty News 2.0.1 and Ditty Posts 1.1.2 in both places. The Ticker works locally on one of the sites, but not the same site on dev.

    In dev, when I save a News Ticker with Advanced settings for Query args set to category_name & news, the page refreshes with the ‘Ticker Mode’ tab expanded and two rows under Query args with c and n in each parameter/value. Additionally, the Taxonomy args now have four rows and the letter ‘i’ in the taxonomy/terms in the second and fourth row.

    The saved ticker does not display on the front end after assigning it to a widget and location.

    Incidentally, all the other sites that use these two plugins are using a Custom Post type instead of a category, and those tickers are working.

    The ticker in question is working fine on production with Ditty News 1.5.8 and Ditty Posts 1.1.2

    You need to update your Ditty Posts Ticker to version 2.0.1. If you are not seeing this update in your dashboard you can download the latest version from your CodeCanyon downloads page.

    Thanks! I just looked at the product page on Code Canyon because I didn’t see the option to update the plugin from the admin.
