confirm unsubscribe?

Is there a way to do an email confirm before an unsubscription happens, or, at minimum, send an email that says “Sorry to see you go, you can resubscribe here”? I would like to enable this because sometimes people forward newsletters to their friends or coworkers, and AFAICS, if someone else clicks on the unsubscribe link of a newsletter sent to you, you are unsubscribed with no notification, i.e., you would have no idea someone else unsubscribed you.

For that reason, I would like at minimum for subscribers to be notified when they are unsubscribed, and preferably have to confirm unsubscriptions.
