Appointments being blocked out if people abandon purchase

    Hello!

    I have it so almost everything is working, but I have one problem.

    If someone chooses a time and date, then puts in their details and confirms, I get a ‘pending confirmation’ and that date is blocked out.

    The problem is that if they decide they don’t want to pay for the appointment (I require a 25% deposit to be paid to confirm the appointment) and abandon the appointment, the system makes this date unavailable to others (presumably thinking they’re going to make the payment any time soon).

    I haven’t tested this over time — but is there a way that this appointment will automatically be cancelled within a certain time (say 15 minutes) if payment isn’t received?

    Hey civicwebmedia,

    How are you doing today?

    We already have option for that in Appointments plugin.

    Disable pending appointments after (mins)

    Please go to Appointments -> Settings -> General -> Time Settings -> Disable pending appointments after (mins) where you will be able to enter number of minutes after pending appointment will be removed.
