Switching between languages in an post

Hi!
Can anybody please tell me how to redirect a user from an post to a page or category of that post when the user switches between languages in the post?

For instance, the post is sitemane.com/post-1 and the page is sitename.com/analytics. When the user is on sitemane.com/post-1 and is switching the language, I want to take him/her to the page sitename.com/analytics.
