    I m using a registration Pro form but for some reason the email sent has nothing to do with what i config and keeps going to the spam

    Gmail is telling me that this email is going to spam cause it s been sent by gator4197.hostgator.com

    not sure if it s help but the subject of my email should be: Congratulations! (your membership has been approved)

    but the one i m getting is : [priceactiontracker] Username/Password

    thx for your help

    One way to fix this issue is using SMTP server. You use your own server details to send all the email, you can use any gmail account as well.
    Easiest way to do this is by using below plugin.

    is there a good article/video explaining how to set up SMTP properly with S2member?
    Cant seem to make it work

    The SMTP debugging output is shown below:

    2015-11-12 17:44:24 Connection: opening to localhost:25, timeout=300, options=array (
    )
    2015-11-12 17:44:25 SMTP ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Network is unreachable (101)

    That’s correct. You violate their SPF rule by sending through Hostgator and get flagged as Spam. @kais99 You can’t use WP Mail SMTP to send gmail through Hostgator because they block the port to Gmail.

    Postman works with s2Member and can send Gmail through Hostgator and it has a setup wizard you can run

    so should i delete SMTP and only use postman?
    thx

    That would be my suggestion. But it’s up to you. Keep the one that works.
