Donor's Information/Address

    When I go to the Donation tab, I see my donor and the amount that they donated but when I click View Donation Information, I get an alert message of “undefined” and none of the Donation Details is populated. I’m using version 4.0.11.

    Also, is there any way possible for my users to not be forced to enter all their contact information each time they load this form? So possibly have a login option so that their information is saved and they are able to login in each week and simply indicate the donation amount. Also having the ability for them to see their donation history would be nice to have. Not sure if this is something you already have in place.

    I don’t know of any part of the interface where you can click “View Donation Information”. Can you post a screenshot?

    There is no link between donors and site users. There have been a few people who asked about a way to relate the two, but it’s something relatively down on the list due to the complexity of the project and the relatively low number of people who have asked for it, compared to other improvements.
