    Hi CriterioNet,
I’m sorry but there is no way to do that. WooDiscuz doesn’t have an option to allow such configuration.

To report on new responses without confirming subscription, I could comment on some lines in wpc.php? Which?

There should be lots of changes to stop confirmation emails. Need to write some script for else condition to automatically activate subscriptions. That’s not an easy task, and it’ll not work by commenting some lines.

Reviewing this feature I found a problem. If the user wants to leave a comment and check the option Notify on new replies (checkbox). At that moment he agrees with that comes an email when responding to your comment.

I think the email to confirm your subscription is a step that hurts to.
If I feel good that when email comes with the response, containing the button to unsubscribe (if your answer was satisfactory, he unsubscribe )

What they think about my argument?

I think so too. The confirmation email to subscribe a comment is unnecessary.

A link to unsubscribe on each email new comment notification is enough when he decide to stop receiving it.

And the comment subscription should work for all the nested comment too.
