Subscribers not deleted when user account deleted

Adding new users to the subscriber list automatically is great, but it needs to remove deleted users from the subscriber list automatically, too. If someone deletes their user account they should not continue getting notifications or newsletters.
Feature request: add a bulk user import from the WP user list, and/or a way to wipe out the subscriber list and update it with a fresh copy from the user list. I’m setting this up on a site that has ~2500 WP user accounts and I’d like to add them all to the email subscriber list (this is an internal corporate site so I don’t need to worry about opt-in rules). I’ve done this by creating a PHP file that outputs the required CSV data then importing that but a more streamline way of handling it would be nice. Both the auto-delete fix and bulk user->subscriber updates would solve this.
