Problem with the Access Keys

    Try clicking in the Access Key field and pressing CTRL+A (or CMD+A on Mac) to Select ALL. Then paste the Access Key in the field. It sounds like you may have a space or an unseen character int he field.

    Downloadable file is missing. It is telling 404 not found

    You will probably need to regenerate your keys.
    Go to amazon and set up a new set of keys. You will need to download the CSV file if you want to keep it – linking to it will be of no use, as it is only available to you when you first set up the keys. going to it after you close the window will is too late.
