Cannot log in to wp-admin.php

After clearing my cache this morning, I forgot my login password (accidentally deleted all saved passwords when deleting history). After three attempts, I am now getting this message when I try to enter the site login page:

“unused

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

I cannot access anything because I can’t get into my account. I don’t have wp downloaded on my computer. I have cleared my cache again and even rebooted the laptop to no avail. I’ve contacted my host but I’m sure they’re just going to say it’s not them it’s WP. (Story of my life)
