  • If you’re paying somebody to run your website (and it sounds like you are), he should have been making backups of your database.

If he told you that your posts are gone, then that means he probably didn’t back up. Your web guy screwed you over.

Before you start over, either get a new web guy or make sure the current one backs up in the future.

And you don’t need to post your question 3 times. Just posting it once is more than adequate.

    Also:

    web archive

    Also:

    https://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Amidtownautoservice.net

(Click “cached” to see what you wrote, copy and paste it into your new blog, and you’re good. But don’t wait too long–google will remove these things from its index once it sees they are no longer on your site.)

Easy instructions on how to backup your database,

    https://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/backup/

It doesn’t help much with your current problem but may be of use in the future.

Every hosting has by default some sort of backup service, you can look into that, ask for your hosting company to restore your database and files. If this is not possible, and you have really lost everything, you can use the suggestions above for finding cached content. You dont have ANY sort of backup?

Every hosting has by default some sort of backup service..

    Thats absolutely false.
