need help please! I’ll pay 4 it

The person who built my website and who host my website lost all my post of my wordpress. Please, is there any way to retrieve those past post of my blogs? My web person is talanted he had my blogs posted on the front of my website ” midtownautoservice.net” but he crashed his server and all my post that I made are all gone now! I’m so frustrated I don’t know what to do please…I’ll pay to get those blogs back…I spent hours writing and updating those past car blogs. MY phone number is 832-630-9922.
