Your Upgrade to Premium link is broken

I just installed the Cannyon theme version: 0.0.8.
Clicked on the “Upgrade to Premium” link in the CUSTOMIZE section of the theme (I also clicked on the “Upgrade to Premium” link in the Cannyon FAQ page under the “Appearance” left nav menu of my WordPress) and it took me to the URL below, which is broken:

I was using the latest version of Chrome at the time. At first it took me to a non-formatted page. When I refreshed, I got “No data received” error. Now I’m getting a captcha, then the “No data received” error.

I also tried the link in FireFox. I received a page that was blank (or gray) except for a Captcha field. I entered the response in the box, and it took me to a connection reset error.
