Remove "Title:" from filter

After using the search box to filter results there’s a link to remove the filter at the top of the search results. It starts with “Title:” followed by the search box entry. Is there a way to remove “Title:” so it’s not displaying?

As an example, instead of it showing “Title: t-shirt” I want it to show “t-shirt” followed by the icon to remove the filter.
