Hello,

I don’t know if I was doing something wrong or what, but when I tried to send a test sms I didn’t recieved anything. Do I need to make an account with one of these service providers?

I’m having an issue where I’m signed up with twilio, but once I try to go through and book and get redirected to my site a confirmation text is never sent to the client or the number entered into the assistant field.
Am I missing something?

These are my current SMS settings. But neither the client, the number in that field, or the assistant phone numbers (set to the same number) seem to get notifications.

to verify if your settings are correct please verify the Logs on Twilio account:

and look if there is an error message.

Did you make a test from our plugin back-end (Settings > General )?

My tests do work. Logs don’t have anything outgoing for the orders I’ve placed.
What triggers the message exactly?

To be clear: My logs only show the test sms messages, which I did receive. Nothing submitted for my orders.

If from Twilio logs your SMS has been sent then the SMS system of our plugin is working. If you don’t receive any sms notification on new booking that means that sometinh inside your SMS settings is it not correct.

Share a screenprint of your SMS notification settings.

Hello!
I’ve updated to your latest version and it doesn’t appear to have addressed the bug. I still don’t get the SMS notification when I book to either the client number or the agent number listed in my settings. Still no outbound messages in twilio logs.
When I run a test from the UI that function DOES work, just not when booking.

it’s really strange as we fixed it and on our side it works correctly.
We suggest you to deactivate all plugins but Salon Booking, and make a new test, if it doesn’t solve switch to a standard theme.

Be sure to have the last version of the plugin.

If you want you can share with us a screenprint of your general settings.
