After installing the plugin and configuring a few discounts I started getting a “Fatal error: Allowed memory size” message on my products page. I increased the memory_limit to allow for the product to load without the error, but they are loading very slowly now. I had to increase the max execution time to allow for the products to load.

I have done the usual add/remove themes and plugins and “Woocommerce Advanced Discounts” was causing the problems. Can you provided some insight as to why the plugin is causing the long load time?

    Hello,
I’m not sure that’s related to our code because our plugin as a really low memory usage. What’s the size of your shop? How many products i mean? And where does the issue occurs?

    Hello,

I moved to a VPS so that I could increase the memory size. I no longer receive the fatal memory error, but the product archive pages take a long time to load with the plugin active (500-700 seconds).

The site uses WPML and has 1500 products (750 split between 2 languages).

Can you please let me know of any other information needed to help troubleshoot this issue.

How many products are displayed by page? Are you using a cache plugin?

There are 10 products shown on each page. I am not using caching.

I can activate the plugin and send you a link if you would like to see it in action.
