After installing latest Flowplayer plugin update, I’m getting this message: Warning: current() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in /home3/jsanders/public_html/precisionwisdom.com/wp-content/plugins/flowplayer5/frontend/class-flowplayer5-frontend.php on line 134

    How can I fix this?

delete “flowplayer5” plugin using FTP , or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides.

It’s tied to several videos on the site. Do I need to first replace flowplayer5 with another player and update all the videos?

By updating to version 1.12.1 will fix the issue.

I have updated to version 1.12.1 – still the problem.

I suggested bring this issue to the attention of the plugin’s author in its dedicated support sub-forum here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/flowplayer5

@tara – I am the plugin author. There is no need to open a new issue.

@pzick this is really strange. What you could do is change the version in plugins/flowplayer5/flowplayer.php to 1.12.0 and then you should see the update 1.12.1 on the update page.

Once you have re-updated the plugin it should be fixed.

I double checked the code and the function current() is removed.

I’ve done as you suggested changing php file to 1.12.0 and then updating the plugin to 1.12.1. The problem still exists.

I think the problem is the caching. It has saved the page when you had the error and has not updated after you updated the plugin.
