Get rid of other countries

Hi,
I am currently trying to create a directory site for a USA client, as you know this plugin has other countries in its list (when you start typing, other countries start to show in drop down field), i mean people of other countries can also add the listing by writing their country names in country field.
Is it possible that we only allow 1 country.
In short i am trying to create a local directory. only USA based and I want to get rid of all other countries or cities.
