• I’m having the same problem – bid notifications are being sent correctly but not the winning emails. On invoice page the status is “Failed to Send”. Payment method is Paypal. The seller (in this case, the admin) has the Paypal email address set up under Payments -> Paypal. The buyer also has Paypal address input. The mandatory Paypal settings are filled out. I’m using a Sandbox App ID with “Paypal account type: Sandbox” selected.
