Dating site Plugins iPage

I’m having the most difficult time trying to get my dating site set up through iPage. I’m using WP plugins because that’s what iPage told me would work best. I can’t seem to find anyone to help. I found a plugin I wanted here: https://www.wpdating.com/lavish-date-theme/ but I wasn’t able to purchase it for some reason.

When I come to this site and try to search for a dating site plugin…nothing. I had a functional dating site back in 2009 and I’m pretty sure I used WP with either iPage or Hostgator. Either way, I don’t remember how to use it or how I built it.

Help me! Please!
